Day 6
 Alright, people, the journey has begun. six days of exercise and healthy eating.
I started this blog as a reminder  of the commitment I made to myself and to possibly inspire others
As we go, I will share what works for me. and what does not work. I am open to suggestions and comments from others.
  Building a community online would be great!

These are the things I need to overcome to have a better life. I am looking forward to it in 2019
