DAY THIRTEEN

Still on the program. Yoga every day, copious amounts of water. and exhausted at night.I sleep better than I have for years, thanks to Yoga.
I still don't know how much I have lost but I am wearing a 2 x shirt for the first time in years.
Photos are coming as soon as I figure out how to do that.
This whole blog deal is new to me so I am fumbling a bit here. Hope to be up to speed in the near future.
To all with New Year's resolution, I say keep up the good work. we are looking for a lifestyle change here not a quick fix!

  Day Nine

We are on a roll, yoga every day maintaining my diet and still have not killed anyone.I;m a little sore from all the exercise but really proud that I have not missed one day so far. we will see how I do when day 30 rolls around!
  I hope to get some visitors to my blog. It would be nice to get some feedback from others on the get healthy road. If I can do it anyone can. It is a new year so let's get on with it

Day 6
 Alright, people, the journey has begun. six days of exercise and healthy eating.
I started this blog as a reminder  of the commitment I made to myself and to possibly inspire others
As we go, I will share what works for me. and what does not work. I am open to suggestions and comments from others.
  Building a community online would be great!
